The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve purchased your XXXX but the site isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

What are you doing with my data? 

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though. 

How do I enter the promotion? 

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:  

  1. Purchase any specially marked case of XXXX (‘Promotional Carton’), to share, from any Bottlemart, SipnSave or Harry Brown store within Australia or Thirsty Camel WA displaying advertising for this Promotion (includes their respective online stores) ("Participating Venues"); and 
  2. Visit the promotional website by scanning the QR code found on the Promotional Carton; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number and full address), the unique code found inside the Promotional Carton, marketing database. 


What is the prize?  

Prize 1: The prize is a new Toyota Landcruiser GXL 300 2024 with automatic transmission, including 12-months registration, 12-months compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary from State by State). 

Prize 2: The prize is a $15 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®


How do I find out if I’m a winner? 


Instant Prize winners will be notified immediately on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification. 
 
The draw winner will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The draw winner will be published at https://xxxxpromo.com.au/winalandcruiser by 13/01/25. 

How do I receive my prize?

Are there any special conditions to my prize? 

  • Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.  
  • The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner's colour preference (either Glacier White or Silver Pearl), subject to availability. 
  • If the winner resides within Sydney’s Metro area, the prize will be delivered to their address. If the winner resides outside of Sydney’s Metro area, the winner must then collect the prize from their nearest authorised Toyota dealership.  
  • If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion. 
     
    Instant Win Prize Conditions:  
    Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry.
